Uptake of BODIPY-PAFB (8 µM) in N. crassa germlings in the presence of 100 µM CCCP or 2.5 mM NaN₃. The control was stained with BODIPY-PAFB without inhibitors. All samples were co-stained with PI for 10 min before imaging. BF = Brightfield, BP = BODIPY-labelled PAFB. Scale bar = 15 µm.
