Mfa2 C54 and C285 are involved in Mfa1-Mfa2 interaction. Whole cell lysates were solubilized in SDS buffer (+2BME) or (−2BME), heated to 80 °C for 5 min, separated on SDS-PAGE, and blotted to a PVDF membrane. The samples were probed with an Mfa2 polyclonal antibody.
