(A) Relative expression levels of genes expressed in myogenic satellite cells: ID2, ID3, and CXCR4. (B) Relative expression levels of genes involved in myogenic determination and differentiation: MYF5, MRF4, MYOD, and MYOG. The mRNA expressions were normalized to GAPDH. Each experiment was repeated at least three times. The data are the mean ± S.E. for each genotype group.
