Cells were seeded at 2 × 10⁴ cells/well in a 96-well plate overnight and then subsequently treated with 10 μM for all NCE (1–22), OA-NO₂, DMF or CDDO-Im (0.1 and 1 μM) for 18 hours. Cell viability was determined by the MTT assay. The data was normalized to the media alone treatment (cells with new media) and expressed as a percent.
