Physical Characterization: TEM micrograph of multi-layer h-BN grown on Cu substrate by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The average number of h-BN layers varies between ~10–12. In preparing the sample for TEM analysis, the Au and Cr layers are deposited on top of h-BN/Cu.
