Design schemes of plasmids with tetX.co led by PJ23119 pTc, (A) and PBAD pTi, (B) promoters, and the resistance of BW25113 with empty plasmid (C), pTc (D), and pTi (E). The cells were first cultured overnight and inoculated into LB media with different concentrations of tetracycline, the resistance was represented by OD12/OD0. All experiments were conducted at least in duplicate and error bars denoted to ± SD.
