From: Synthetic Whole-Cell Biodevices for Targeted Degradation of Antibiotics
Degradation kinetics of tetracycline by BW25113 with pTi in M9 media (A) and LB (media). The testing strain was cultured overnight in LB with L-arabinose and inoculated in M9 and LB media with 50 μg/mL of tetracycline, respectively. The samples were taken at different time intervals and measured by HPLC. All experiments were conducted in duplicate and error bars show the ± SD.
