Transverse T1-weighted breast MR images (a) and axial PET/CT images (b) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in 34-year old woman with invasive ductal carcinoma in her right breast. Breast MR image shows four suspicious nodes (arrows indicate two suspicious nodes among four) and PET/CT image shows FDG uptake (arrows) with a maximum standardized uptake value of 9.2. Axillary lymph node dissection revealed nine lymph node metastases (ypN2).
