From: Thermally Stable, High Performance Transfer Doping of Diamond using Transition Metal Oxides
X-ray diffraction patterns of V2O5 films after Hall measurements. The reflections marked with asterisks originate from the silver contacts on the sample corners. The peaks at ca. 32.5° and 46.6° are unidentified. However, careful assessment against JCPDF database has shown they don’t belong to any of V or Ag oxides.
