THz-extracted and DC-extracted conductivity vs. temperature for Sample #1. THz-extracted conductivity levels from TDS measurements statistically agree with those observed in DC measurements; this observation is different to our previous observations in complex oxide 2DEGs, where a much larger THz-extracted conductivity was observed.
