The reduction of FLAG-Itch protein expression in cells co-expressing viral adaptor proteins. HEK293T cells were co-transfected with the FLAG-ItchWT plasmid and HA-tagged viral adaptor proteins, harvested at 24 h post-transfection and analyzed by Western blotting (cropped, full-length blots are given in Supplementary Fig. S1) with the indicated antibodies.
