The alteration of Itch subcellular localization by viral adaptor proteins. HeLa cells were co-transfected with the plasmids of FLAG-ItchCA and HA-tagged viral adaptor proteins. Transfected cells were fixed at 24 h post-transfection and analyzed by immunofluorescence assay with the indicated antibodies. The bar indicates 10 µm.
