  1. The genotypes of five clutches of embryos from pammbg5+/− × pammbg5+/− crosses were determined. Wildtype, heterozygous and homozygous mutant siblings were obtained at approximately the expected Mendelian ratios for all stages examined from 48 hpf to 7 dpf (days post-fertilization); for the five clutches combined, χ2 = 5.58, DF = 2, P < 0.1 but >0.05. Percentages do not always sum to 100% due to rounding.
