TSN represses gonadal fat growth in mice. Mice (C57 BL/6) were fed for one month and a half with NFD and HFD respectively. In the next period for one month, the mice were randomly grouped into NFD + placebo, HFD + placebo, HFD + TSN (0.1 mg/kg·day).
