HspA1A and HspA1B genes are highly conserved at both the nucleotide (a,b) and amino acid (c,d) levels. Pairwise sequence alignments between human (a,c) and cattle (b,d) HspA1A and HspA1B sequences over sliding windows were performed using SWAAP (v.1.0.3).
