Patient acquisition time points. The patients enrolled in our study are undergoing an ASCT, process that results in a predictable evolution of their neutrophil counts due to the controlled administration of chemotherapy. This provides an opportunity to record capillary videos at two different time points for each patient: (1) baseline (>1,500 neutrophils/µL) and (2) severe neutropenia (<500 neutrophils/µL).
