From: Anisomycin prevents OGD-induced necroptosis by regulating the E3 ligase CHIP
Anisomycin increase the endogenous RIPK3 ubiquitination level in OGD challenged N2a cells. Control cells, OGDR insulting cells and OGD challenged with anisomycin pre-treatment cells were cultured. They were incubated for the last 6 h with the proteasome inhibitor MG132 (10 μM). RIPK3 were immunoprecipitated with anti-RIPK3 and IgG antibodies for ubiquitination analysis.
