In vitro specificity of 64Cu-CB-TE2A-GEEE-ZHER2:342 and 64Cu-CB-TE2A-G-ZHER2:342 binding to HER2-expressing SKOV-3 cells. In blocked groups, receptors were pre-saturated by 200-fold excess of nonlabeled ZHER2:342. Data are presented as the mean of three samples and standard deviation.
