  1. The GSEA performs running sum statistics and calculates an enrichment score for each of the selected myelin-related genes, considering their rank in the pre-ranked gene list from the SCZ GWAS. The significance of the score was calculated using 1,500 permutations of the ranked list. Abbreviations: ES – enrichment score; NES – normalized enrichment score; NOM – nominal p-value; FDR – false discovery rate; FWER – family-wise error rate.
