Analysis of clinical features of patients belonging to TNBC subgroups. Panel (a) shows that subgroup 2, as compared to subgroup 1 and “residual” tumors, contains an increased proportion of pre-menopausal women. (b) shows distribution of race of the patients belonging to the different subgroups, with clear enrichment of Asian patients in subgroup 1 and their decrease in combination with increase of white patients in subgroup 2. Statistical significance was estimated by chi-squared test.
