EAE amelioration by NTG-A-009 through the reduction of Th1 and Th17 cells via the modulation of JAK/STAT pathway. (a) The percentage of Th1 and Th17 cells was analyzed by FACS via the intracellular staining of IFN-γ and IL-17A through the cells obtained from the brain and spinal cord of EAE and NTG-A-009 treated mice at day 21 post immunization. (b) Splenocytes derived from the EAE and NTG-A-009 treated mice were further overnight restimulated with MOG35–55 peptide and CD4+ T cells were analyzed. Immunoblotting was done for the expression of phosphorylated form of JAK/STAT proteins in JAJK/STAT pathway. Full length blots and gels were shown in supplementary information-6.
