From: RNase H-assisted RNA-primed rolling circle amplification for targeted RNA sequence detection

Comparison of the detection limit of each probe using in vitro-transcribed GFP mRNA spiked into a known yield of total RNA (60 ng) from E. coli (strain BL21) in real time. RNase H was used at 0.06 units per reaction. All reactions were performed in triplicate, and the mean and error were calculated.
