Pupation of L. japonica induces expression of genes involved in lipid metabolism. Total RNA obtained from both larvae and pupae was purified for RNA-seq. Differential mRNA expression between samples was determined with Fold change and p-value. (A) Log2 fold changes in RefSeq gene bodies in larvae and pupae and the corresponding significance values displayed as fold change >2 or <0.5 and p value < 0.05.
