C151 in KEAP1 is the primary sensor for TBE-31 in primary murine peritoneal macrophages. Western blot analysis performed on total cell lysates of primary peritoneal macrophages (106 cells), isolated from WT or KEAP1C151S/C151S mice, that had been treated with vehicle (0.1% DMSO) (A,B), TBE-31 (A) or MCE-1 (B) for 3 h. Antibodies raised against NRF2 and KEAP1 were used for detection.
