Shown is Dijkstra’s shortest paths algorithm calculating the shortest directed paths between the top 50 genes downregulated by AnAc in MDA-MB-231 with one step in the path and genes fitting this model were arranged by cellular location. The network of up-regulated genes shows a number of nodes including c-MYC, C/EBP, XBP1, E4BP4, AP-1, NFκB, STAT3, STAT5, and PIM1.
