Representative CLSM images of intratumoral distribution of PSs. When the tumor size reached about 200 mm3, mice were intravenously injected with PSs (green). The nuclei and blood vessels were stained by Hoechst33342 (blue) and Lycopersicon esculentum lectin, DyLight 488 conjugate (red) respectively. The tumor was then directly observed by a CLSM immediately after collecting the tumor. The other fields of view are shown in Supplementary Figure S20.
