DNA simulation results. The DNA reaction kinetics for the computation of \(\frac{sin(\pi x)}{\pi }\), and \(\frac{cos(\pi x)}{5.9348}\) for x = 0.3, and x = 0.7. For the cosine function, the simulation shows \(\frac{[{Y}_{1}]-[{Y}_{0}]}{[{Y}_{0}]+[{Y}_{1}]}\), where Y0 and Y1 represent the output in bipolar fractional coding.
