3D contour plots of spatial distributions of foil electrons (upper plots) and created positrons (lower plots) at \(t=10{T}_{0}\) [(A,C)] and \(t=13{T}_{0}\) [(B,D)] for the laser intensity of 1.6 \({I}_{24}\). Due to the symmetric structure of particle density along the axes, we only intercept one-eighth part of the cube. The yellow circle lines in lower pads display the positron jets that are ejected simultaneously along the transverse direction.
