Determination of prophylactic effects of MAbs. Panel (A) Detection of antibody titer of four MAbs by in vitro PBNA assay. Panel (B) Bioluminescence imaging of mice treated with MAbs on day 4 post infection. Five- to six-week-old Balb/c mice were intravenously injected with 150 μg of the tested MAbs, followed by intraperitoneal infection with 5.62 × 106 TCID50 H7N9-Fluc virus 6 hours later. Panel (C) Analysis of photon flux of group between un-treated and treated groups. The results represents mean ± s.e.m. (n = 4). Statistical analysis was conducted using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). ** represents p < 0.01 and *** denotes p < 0.001.
