From: Synthetic Rhamnolipid Bolaforms trigger an innate immune response in Arabidopsis thaliana
SRBs-triggered immune gene expression. A pool of five 10-days-old Arabidopsis seedlings were elicited with 100 µM SRBs or 0.5% ethanol (control) and collected for RNA extraction and RT-qPCR 9 hours post-elicitation. Transcript expression was normalized to control plants at 0 hour post-treatment. CYP71A12 (A), PDF1.2 (B) and NPR1 (C) transcripts were analyzed. Results show the mean and SEM of two independent experiments.
