FoxO1 occupancy at the endogenous IGFBP1 locus in vivo, in normal and Hmga1 mutant mice. Occupancy of the Igfbp1 gene promoter by FoxO1 was measured by ChIP with anti-FoxO1 specific antibody (Ab) in liver from wild-type (+/+) and Hmga1 mutant (−/−) mice, either untreated or treated with insulin (1 U/kg bw), or under fasting/fed conditions.
