BMI: body mass index, CKD: chronic kidney diseases, DM: Diabetes, HDL: High density lipoprotein, HTN: Hypertension, Q2: Second quarter, Q3: Third quarter, Q4: Fourth quarter, TG: Triglyceride. The pseudo R2 is the Nagelkerke pseudo R2. Quarters were derived based on the distribution of each targeted food pattern, generating four groups with approximately equal number of participants.
