Neutralizing antibody activity represented as ID50 (50%-inhibitory-dilution) against heterologous tier 1 A SIV mac251.6, tier 1B SIV mac 251/M766 and homologous tier 2 strain SIV mac239cs.23. Serum samples from immunized guinea pigs were obtained on days 35, 49 and 63 and tested for neutralization of pseudoviruses by the TZM-bl assay.
