Intra-DRN injection of anti-nesfatin-1/NUCB2 in MS rats resulted in a significant decline in the mean AWR scores at strengths of 40, 60, and 80 mmHg distension pressures (Fig. 4A) and EMG magnitude at all distension pressures, compared with the vehicle group [*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01] (n = 6 for each group).
