Radiosynthesis of ¹⁸F-FOL. In the structure of ¹⁸F-FOL (molecular formula C₃₇H₅₀¹⁸FN₁₂O₁₂, calculated molecular weight 899.8615), the folic acid moiety is 424.3970 Da. The linker, chelator, and Al¹⁸F moieties are 475.4645 Da in total, and account for 53% of the molecular weight of ¹⁸F-FOL.
