The right inferior lacrimal punctum is the main focus point. 3D OCT imaging of the lower lacrimal passage is performed via the palpebral conjunctiva after eyelid eversion. The OCT scanning area is indicated by the white rectangular area. (B) 3D reconstruction of the palpebral conjunctiva and the lacrimal passage within it. (C) A B-scan reconstruction created by cube scan reslicing along the curved line shown in (B) (arrowhead). The resulting cross-sectional image of the lacrimal canaliculi can be seen.
