  1. Z-stacks of the same tumor regions were taken of 3 different tumors at 0, 6 and 12 hrs. The distance of individual endothelial cells and pericytes was measured using Fiji and velocity was calculated by dividing the distance of cell traveled between time-point 0 hr and 6 hrs and between 6 hrs and 12 hrs by time. Data represent mean ± SD of at least 5 cells.
