  1. Pathway analysis was performed for the 426 differentially expressed genes between WT and Hmgb2−/− MSCs. In Hmgb2−/− MSCs, adipogenesis-related pathways, such as the PPAR signaling pathway, and white fat cell differentiation-related pathways were significantly suppressed, whereas the Wnt signaling pathway was significantly enhanced.
