(b) Predicted interaction between BASP1 and progesterone receptor, PRGR: In vivo binding confirmation. Nuclear extracts were prepared from either MCF7 or T47D breast cancer cells. The nuclear extracts were then subjected to immunoprecipitation with either control antibodies (a-IgG) or BASP1 antibodies (a-BASP1). The immunoprecipitates were subjected to SDS-PAGE alongside 5% of input nuclear extract (I) and immunoblotted with anti-PGR antibodies. Molecular weight markers (kDa) are shown on the left.
