From: Cytokine Regulation in Human CD4 T Cells by the Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor and Gq-Coupled Receptors

Enforced GPR68 stimulation inhibits IL-22 and IL-10 production from human CD4 T cells. Naïve CD4 T cells were cultured with Th17-inducing cytokines (Th17) for six days in the presence or absence of FICZ or CH223191, as indicated. Experimental groups were treated with (open bars) or without (closed bars) ogerin. On day 6,  IL-22 (A), IL-10 (B), IL-17 (C) and IFN-γ (D) were measured in culture supernatants.
