(B) Schematic of exomer components as characterized in S. cerevisiae. Exomer consists of a homodimer of Chs5, and each of the Chs5 has one binding site for a ChAP (Bud7, Bch1, Bch2, Chs6). Different combinations of ChAPs can bind to Chs5.
