Surface modifications of ITO NRs. AFM images related to the surface of two identical ITO NRs after plasma polymerization process by Amine groups in two different conditions of (a) 45 watt-15 min (b) 100 watt-15 min. The modification of samples surfaces is obvious in 3D views of both samples versus to the bare sample surface presented in Fig. 1(c).
