In each subfigure, the top row are the results from the control group (CTR) and the bottom row from Alzheimer’s disease group (AD). These connectivity matrices were constructed from different combinations of anatomical atlas and cortical measures (a–d). Each matrix element represents to the probability of two nodes being connected, ranging from 0–1 as shown by the colorbar.
