Correlation of left and right hemisphere TrkB and pTrkB-T816 vs. Seizure suppression at P7. TrkB expressions in bilateral hemispheres were not significantly correlated with seizure suppression. However, pTrkB in bilateral hemispheres had a significant negative correlation with seizure suppression (p-values calculated by Spearman’s test).
