Height-height correlation data (HHCD) obtained by the 5 × 5 μm AFM images of the 20-nm thick films (in the inset) via numerical calculation for the different deposition rate (from (a) to (f) R = 0.056, 0.074, 0.087, 0.095, 0.150, 0.218 in nm/min). the best fit curves obtained with Eq. 1 are in red (α = 0.7±0.1 for all the curves). The white markers is 1 μm.
