The distribution of neoepitopes across cancer types. Melanoma, colorectum cancer and lung adenocarcinoma have the largest numbers of neoepitopes, which correlates with the number of ASSs that occur in these cancers. Although the cancer variants originate due to different mutation mechanisms, depending on the type of cancer, the distributions of neoepitopes and peptide lengths were similar.
