High expression of HOXD8 in HO-8910PM cell line make them cisplatin-resistant. Analysed by flow cytometry (A), HO-8910 (upper panel) and HO-8910PM (lower panel) were treated with 0, 2, 5, or 8 mg/L of cisplatin. Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 represent dead cells, late apoptotic cells, survival cells, and early apoptotic cells, respectively. At different concentrations of 0, 2, 5, or 8 mg/L, these two cells have significant differences in cisplatin resistance (p < 0.05) (B). Growth curves of HO-8910 and HO-8910PM (C).
