Fundus photographs of rabbit choroid before and 4-week after PUT treatment (6 cases). Blue circles indicate the treated areas. This demonstrates in 6 rabbits reproducible choroidal nonperfusion in the treated area which persisted until week 4. Ultrasound: 0.5 MPa at 0.5 MHz; Laser: 75 mJ/cm2 for rabbit 1,: 60 mJ/cm2 for rabbit 2, and 55 mJ/cm2 for rabbit 3–6. All parameters were estimated on the retina surface.
