Functional categorization of proteins in jejunal crypt epithelial cells of piglets during the suckling period. Differentially synthesized proteins were grouped using Cluster 3.0 and k-means clustering, and up-regulated (red) and down-regulated (green) protein groups were selected for functional category of Biological Process using WEGO analysis. Terms having P-values ≤ 0.05 (Pearson Chi-Square test between numbers of Up and Down proteins) were selected.
