Sensitivity analysis of Tamiflu resistance detection using an OHT-based lateral flow assay (LFA) in response to various virus concentrations within 10 minutes. Blank and WT are used as controls. Virus-containing buffer (100 µL) is dropped onto a loading zone (sample pad) of the LFA, and then, this solution flows in the direction of the arrow. After 10 min, in the presence of Tamiflu resistance, two lines, TL and CL, appear. For the WT and blank, however, only one line appears at CL.
